Since every booking on this site completes directly with one of our partners (Trip.com, Nightjet, Omio, and others), changes, refunds, and cancellations are fastest to resolve with that partner's own support team — they have your booking details, we don't. Check your confirmation email for their direct contact info.

I want to know how this site actually works

Good question, and one we'd rather answer upfront than have you wonder: we're not a travel agency. We publish trip guides and link out to trusted booking partners — you complete your purchase with them directly, at no extra cost to you.
